Sign into the Stellar Account Viewer with the account you want to receive notifications for:

Send any amount (~0.00002 XLM) to:

with your email address as the MEMO_TEXT (we recommend using a forwarded burner email address).
Check your email address for a confirmation email from Sputnik.
Send a test transaction to your monitored account.
You should receive an email notification from Sputnik with the amount received and sending account address.
